"Holder" is located in Wihr-au-Val, where the Gewurztraminer and Pinot Gris vines grow particularly well . The soil, composed of granite and clay, offers them their opulence, complexity and extreme exquisiteness .

Tasting notes :
- A bright straw yellow with gold reflections.
- A complex nose which develops gradually, evoking successively white flowers (acacia), fresh fruits ( melon, pear, quince) and an underlying smoky nuance
- On the palate, after a pleasant entry, it has a beautiful development with a blossoming of very subtle aromas supported by a good body and a fresh and long finish
Particularly refined and complex, it is a perfect gastronomic wine with a very interesting balance .
